We help you develop an understanding of what your body requires at any given moment through the use of reflex integration techniques, executive functioning activities, sensory processing exercises, and self-regulation skills. These techniques unlock the mind-body connection to help you perform tasks with greater success.

Our Modalities

We’ll work with you in one-to-one sessions and create a program tailored to your unique needs. Our areas of focus include sensory integration techniques, reflex integration, neurodevelopmental treatment techniques, executive functioning skill building, yoga and meditation self-care education, self-inquiry, and journaling.
